Dichroic filters
Dichroic filters are usually used at an incident angle of 45°. Based on the principles of thin - film interference and reflection, they are made by coating multiple thin - film layers on a glass substrate. Such filters can transmit or reflect light according to different wavelengths, that is, light within a specific wavelength range is transmitted, while light in a different wavelength range is reflected.
