Protected Aluminum (Al): High reflectivity (~87%~89%) in the visible spectrum, coated with a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) layer to prevent oxidation and scratching. The most common type.

Enhanced Aluminum: Features dielectric layers over the aluminum coating to boost reflectivity to over 96% at specific wavelengths (e.g., laser wavelengths).

Silver (Ag): Offers the highest reflectivity (~97%~98%) in the visible and near-IR regions, but is prone to tarnishing and often requires a protective cover.

Gold (Au): Provides extremely high reflectivity (>98%) in the infrared region (>700nm), but reflects little visible light (appears yellow). Primarily for IR applications.

Dielectric Coating: Consists of multiple layers of dielectric thin films, capable of achieving extreme reflectivity (>99.9%) with very low loss. Designed for specific laser wavelengths.
